Law graduates can work in many different sectors including prosecution, advocacy, business, finance and many more. They can work in both the public sector and private companies. During your law studies, you will have an opportunity to acquire necessary skills and to develop them further thanks to a range of elective courses, which will allow you to gain

specialist knowledge and skills related to specific areas of law. What you will learn in our law school will allow you to face up  law-related issues of the modern world in a range of contexts, including: national, European, local and business.

You will acquire the highest qualifications and solid practical and theoretical knowledge of both Polish and international law. You will gain skills, which in the future, will allow you to solve legal issues, and, also, you will be able to accurately interpret law regulations.

The studies programme covers issues regarding understanding of knowledge in terms of law.

1st year of studies

In the first year of your studies, the majority of your subjects will allow you to further your horizons and understand basic ideas and issues regarding law. Thanks to that, you will gather knowledge and skills that will be immensely useful in many different occupations and will prepare you to work in interdisciplinary projects, which is, nowadays, especially important and valued on the labor market.

2nd year of studies

3rd year of studies

Tuition fees

Fixed tuition - flexible payments

By choosing to study at UEHS, you can be sure that the tuition fee will not change throughout the duration of your studies. You can pay the tuition fee once for the entire year of study or spread over a semester payment. This allows you to decide how you want to plan your expenses.

Reduce the cost of your studies

As part of the UEHS discount programme, you can take advantage of various reductions and promotions. They are usually applied in the first year of study. It means that your tuition fees will be reduced by the amount of the discounts granted. Candidates who register and pay their tuition fees within one month of registration will receive an English language course for free. The course covers 80 hours of English classes and 20 hours of  classes of Polish culture.

Scholarships - easier than you think

While studying at UEHS, you can take advantage of a wide range of financial support from the state budget and European funds, as well as benefit from special discounts with UEHS discount program

You can submit most scholarship applications quickly and easily through your online account.  

Scholarship
The scholarship may be awarded to any student who obtained an average grade not lower than 4.5 in a academic year given.

In the academic year 2020/2021, the University of Economics and Humanities in Warsaw awarded 292 Rector’s Scholarships, ranging from PLN 450 /month to PLN 650 /month, depending on the average or achievements. For outstanding sport, artistic or scientific achievements, the Scholarship Committee awarded scholarships of PLN 450 /month.

Sports scholarships

A sports scholarship may be awarded to a student who excels in sport achievements at least national level. In addition we also encourage our students to take part in additional support programs- eg. the National Academic Representation.

Young sportsmen can count on financial support in the amount of PLN 450 /month.

Social scholarships

A social scholarship may be awarded to a student who is in a difficult financial situation. In the academic year 2020/2021, the amount of income per person in the student’s family entitling to receive a scholarship was set at an amount not higher than PLN 1,051.70.

Depending on the monthly net income, scholarships ranging from PLN 1,050 / month to PLN 1,250 /month were awarded per one student’s family member.

Special scholarships for disabled people

A scholarship for people with disabilities may be awarded to a student who has a disability certificate, a disability degree certificate, a ZUS certifying physician’s certificate, a disability group certificate or a certificate of permanent or long-term incapacity to work on a farm.

In the 2020/2021 academic year, depending on the degree of disability, 79 scholarships for people with disabilities were awarded, ranging from PLN 800 /month to PLN 1000 /month.

Allowances

The allowance is a form of emergency financial assistance. Any student who found himself temporarily in a difficult life situation resulting from random events beyond the student’s control can apply for it.

The allowance may be granted twice in one academic year, and the allowance is not granted twice for the same random event. Difficult life situations caused by the COVID-19 pandemic are an exception.

In 2020, we granted 64 allowances for a total of PLN 113,200.50. The allowances, depending on the student’s situation, were paid in the amount of PLN 1,000 to PLN 2,500 at a time.
