In collaboration with teaching staff, a catalogue of materials based on open educational resources (OER) will be created to facilitate mastery of key competencies. Goal: reducing drop-outs caused by learning difficulties and improving academic outcomes. The materials will also be available to persons with disabilities, complete with the necessary accommodations.<\/p>\n 4) Task 4 – Coaching and Psychological Support for Students Facing Academic Difficulties<\/strong>. This task encompasses individual therapeutic and coaching sessions conducted in Polish and English. Cognitive\u2011behavioral therapies and coaching meetings are offered to help students set goals, manage stress, and maintain motivation. Support groups are also organized to foster interpersonal skill development and strengthen a sense of belonging within the academic community. Support services are delivered both online and on campus, with accommodations for individuals with disabilities. The task is carried out in accordance with principles of equal opportunity and non\u2011discrimination.<\/p>\n Its objectives are to enhance students\u2019 feeling of belonging to the academic community and to provide assistance to those experiencing challenging personal, academic, or psychological circumstances. \nSupport will be provided to the university \u2013 VIZJA University located at 59 Okopowa Street and its branches.<\/p>\n
\n\u2013 an innovative navigation and communication system will be implemented to facilitate movement (and evacuation) around the university and its branches for people with special needs, in particular the blind;
\n– the university buildings will be adapted to the needs of blind and visually impaired people by installing vertical and horizontal markings in Braille;
\n– new solutions will be implemented to increase the accessibility of education for deaf and hard of hearing people \u2013 induction loops \u2013 stationary and portable \u2013 will be installed in lecture halls and at key service stations;
\n\u2013 six silence zones will be created \u2013 the so-called Wellbeing Space. These will be publicly accessible places for students, PhD students and university employees (particularly important for neurodiverse people), equipped with comfortable furniture, sofas, armchairs, tables, appropriate lighting and technical solutions ensuring the possibility of quieting down;
\n– psychological and advisory support will be organized for students, doctoral students and university employees. Individual support will be provided in the form of individual consultations with a psychiatrist, psychologist, coach, career advisor, dietitian or other specialist, in accordance with the reported needs. Group support will be provided in the form of training, workshops and support groups, including groups conducted using art therapy methods;
\n– sports activities will be organized, adapted to the needs of people with special needs, including people with disabilities. Sports activities will be conducted in the form of individual training and group classes. Classes will be conducted in sports halls equipped with specialist devices and sports equipment adapted to the needs of people with disabilities;
\n– a foreign language learning classroom will be created, adapted to the needs of people with special needs, including people with disabilities, and foreign language classes will be conducted, adapted to the needs of people with special needs, including people with disabilities;
\n– awareness activities, trainings, integration events will be conducted. Trainings in the area of \u200b\u200baccessibility will be organized: e.g. work and communication with people with various types of disabilities, principles of adapting teaching materials, including e.g. constructing content in plain language, principles of creating accessible websites and mobile applications and many others. Numerous awareness and integration events will also be organized, addressed to the entire academic community, such as the Academic Autism Awareness Days;
\n – \u201cRoom of the Senses\u201d will be created, which will be equipped with devices enabling exercises using devices simulating limitations in various senses, e.g. sight, hearing. The room will be equipped with, for example, blackout blindfolds, a set simulating 12 different visual defects, an old age simulator, a wheelchair, canes for the blind and many others;
\n– Numerous procedures and standards will also be implemented to ensure accessibility in all organizational units of the university.<\/p>\n

\n \u2022 raising the competences of teaching and administrative staff in the field of basic awareness and\/or specialist training \u2013 245 people;

\nThe main objective of the project titled “Improving Academic Efficiency: University Management and Drop-out Reduction\u201d is to implement a comprehensive support program whose primary aim is to minimize early study termination (drop\u2011out) at VIZJA University.
\nThis objective will be achieved by 28\u202fFebruary\u202f2029<\/p>\n
\nThe direct target group is VIZJA University<\/strong>, with its registered office at ul. Okopowa 59, Warsaw.<\/p>\n
\n\u2013 nformation technology,
\n\u2013 business,
\n\u2013 human sciences,
\nwhere the highest dropout has been diagnosed, particularly among students enrolled in programs such as computer science, management, and psychology.<\/p>\n
\n1) Task 1 – Creation of a dedicated unit within the Student Affairs Office for monitoring and preventing dropout at the University<\/strong>, through the establishment of campus structures aimed at minimizing and preventing dropout.<\/p>\n
\nImplementation of an innovative system to obtain as complete a picture as possible, along with individual factor sets that may influence the dropout phenomenon, by collecting and integrating student data from various university systems. The data will be analyzed using AI algorithms to identify risk factors for withdrawal and generate alerts. The university will receive reports supporting preventive actions such as consultations and psychological assistance. DDMS will incorporate an on\u2011platform chatbot that offers real\u2011time help and guidance. The system will ensure equality and non\u2011discrimination at every stage.<\/p>\n
\nThe principal result of the project is the alignment of higher education delivery with the needs of economic development and the green and digital transformation of higher education institutions.<\/p>\n
\nWe hereby inform you that it is possible to report suspicions of non\u2011compliance between the Project or the Beneficiary\u2019s activities and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (the \u201cCRPD\u201d), adopted in New\u202fYork on 13\u202fDecember\u202f2006 (Journal of Laws 2012, item 1169, as subsequently amended), to either the Managing Authority (Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy of Poland) or the Intermediary Institution (National Centre for Research and Development). Signals, reports, or complaints concerning potential violations of the CRPD by FERS projects may be submitted by individuals (project participants or their representatives), participating institutions in EU fund implementation, or civil\u2011society organizations (associations, foundations). \nThe main objective of the project titled The main objective of the project \u201eVizja: Openness \u2013 Connecting Worlds, Creating the Future\u201d is to strengthen VIZJA\u2019s capacity for internationalization and to enhance the university\u2019s competitiveness in the international education market by achieving the following specific goals:
\n 1. Improving English communication skills
\n 2. Fostering understanding and respect for diverse cultural norms
\n 3. Building positive relationships with international students and staff
\n 4. Facilitating the handling of formal and administrative matters
\n 5. Increasing awareness of global standards for international cooperation
\n 6. Establishing and equipping a dedicated space for serving international students <\/p>\n
\nThe target group of the project \u201eVizja: Openness \u2013 Connecting Worlds, Creating the Future\u201d consists of 70 academic staff members teaching in English-taught programmes (both teaching and research-and-teaching staff) and 40 administrative staff members working in the International Center or cooperating with it in providing services to foreign nationals (students and academic staff) employed at VIZJA University.<\/p>\n
\n1) Task 1 – Training to enhance the internationalization competencies of academic staff. <\/strong>
\nThis task focuses on developing the university staff\u2019s competencies, enabling effective collaboration with international students and scholars, as well as the professional handling of participants in international exchange programmes. It supports the development of staff competencies in working with individuals from abroad.<\/p>\n
\nThese activities support the professionalization of administrative services, ensuring that procedures and regulations are followed in accordance with international standards. <\/p>\n
\nThe visits enable the adaptation of best practices and global standards, increasing the university\u2019s competitiveness in the international market. The knowledge and experience gained strengthen the potential for cooperation with foreign partners.
\nParticipation in international academic environments also provides an opportunity to present the university\u2019s own offer and to build its image as an institution open to international collaboration. <\/p>\n
\nThe designated space and new service points will enable the professional support of international exchange participants and individuals with special needs.
\nCreating a dedicated office contributes to the development of facilities for international exchange services, fostering the university\u2019s internationalization and enhancing its image as a welcoming institution for foreign students and staff.<\/p>\n
\n1. Development of administrative and academic staff competencies \u2013 improved language and intercultural skills of employees will enhance support for international students and facilitate cooperation in a multicultural environment.
\n2. Improved quality of services for foreign nationals \u2013 streamlined administrative procedures and the creation of a modern, professional space dedicated to serving international stakeholders.
\n3. Internationalization of the university \u2013 increased number of international students and staff through improved conditions and the implementation of best practices in international cooperation.
\n4. New infrastructure for serving international stakeholders \u2013 including the establishment of dedicated offices and the provision of information materials in multiple languages.
\n5. Improved efficiency of organizational processes \u2013 implementation of faster procedures and creation of additional positions, reducing administrative workload and improving service delivery.
\n6. Increased attractiveness of the university in the international market \u2013 enhanced competitiveness will result in a higher number of international applicants, supported by an appealing educational offer and effective promotion.
\n7. Strengthened international cooperation \u2013 development of joint projects with foreign universities and building the institution\u2019s prestige in the international arena.
