The objective will be achieved through the implementation of a comprehensive competence development program for managerial and administrative staff, including the enhancement of qualifications in modern management, digitalization, green transition, and language skills. It will also be pursued through the organization of international study visits enabling the effective transfer of innovative solutions and best practices in management, the implementation of ESG policies, and digitalization.<br \/>\nThe project objective will be achieved by 30.09.2028.<\/p>\n<p><b>Target group:<\/b><br \/>\nThe project target group consists of <b>85 employees of VIZJA University,<\/b> employed under employment contracts or civil law contracts, who have been cooperating with the University for at least six months prior to commencing their participation in the project. The target group includes 20 individuals holding managerial positions, including rectors, deans, heads of organizational units, and heads of administrative departments, as well as 65 administrative staff members representing all organizational units of VIZJA University.<\/p>\n<p><b>Main project tasks:<\/b><br \/>\n1) Task 1 \u2013 <b>Development of managerial competencies of VIZJA University leadership<\/b> \u2013 this task focuses on enhancing the managerial competencies of VIZJA University\u2019s leadership staff. The group comprises individuals responsible for strategic, organizational, and operational management of the University, including rectors, vice-rectors, deans, branch directors, and heads of organizational units.<b> <\/b>The task includes three support pathways: MBA studies covering, among others, strategic management, controlling, digital and green transformation, and team and project management; postgraduate studies \u201cManager Academy\u201d developing managerial competencies, including personnel management, communication, planning, and change management; and short-term team management trainings covering motivation, conflict resolution, delegation, and change management.<\/p>\n<p>2) Task 2 \u2013<b> Development of digital competencies of managerial and administrative staff at VIZJA University <\/b>\u2013 the objective of this task is to develop the digital competencies of the University\u2019s managerial and administrative staff in the context of implementing tools based on artificial intelligence (AI).<b> <\/b>The task includes: a general training course, \u201cGen AI from the Basics\u201d, which introduces the practical use of AI in data analysis, communication, project management, and decision-making, including tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Midjourney, and Runway; as well as specialized sectoral training for administrative staff covering, among others, AI applications in HR, marketing, finance, university administration, and student services.<\/p>\n<p>3) Task 3 \u2013 <b>Development of competencies for green transition and language skills of managerial and administrative staff at VIZJA University<\/b> \u2013 This task involves the development of competencies in sustainable development (ESG) and English language skills among the University\u2019s managerial and administrative staff. It includes training in sustainable development and ESG, aimed at strengthening the competencies necessary for implementing green transition principles in areas such as strategy, communication, stakeholder relations, procurement, value chain management, and ESG reporting, as well as individual English courses for managerial staff and group courses for administrative employees.<\/p>\n<p>4) Task 4 \u2013 <b>Study visits to foreign academic centers<\/b> \u2013 This task involves organizing study visits for managerial and administrative staff to leading academic centers abroad that are distinguished by their innovative approaches to teaching and learning. The objective of this task is to enhance the practical competencies of staff in key areas of modern university management: digital, green, and language-related transformation. The diversity of host universities will allow participants to explore different management models, organizational cultures, and strategies for implementing innovation and quality initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><b>Main project outcome:<\/b><br \/>\nThe main outcome of the project is the adaptation of education at VIZJA University to the needs of economic development as well as green and digital transformation, and the acquisition of competencies or qualifications, supported by ESF+, by 77 participants engaged in higher education.<\/p>\n<p><b>Total qualified expenditure:<\/b> PLN 1,631,425.78<\/p>\n<p><b>European funding contribution:<\/b> PLN 1,346,252.55<\/p>\n<p><b>Additional information:<\/b><br \/>\nWe hereby inform you that it is possible to report suspicions of non\u2011compliance between the Project or the Beneficiary\u2019s activities and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (the \u201cCRPD\u201d), adopted in New\u202fYork on 13\u202fDecember\u202f2006 (Journal of Laws 2012, item 1169, as subsequently amended), to either the Managing Authority (Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy of Poland) or the Intermediary Institution (National Centre for Research and Development). Okopowa 59 in Warsaw. The building has no architectural barriers that negatively affect project implementation and includes numerous adaptations for persons with disabilities. Key accessibility features include:<br \/>\n1. Accessible entrance \u2013 appropriately wide front doors, level surface transitions, a doorbell before the entrance, and assistance available from reception staff.<br \/>\n2. Accessible elevators \u2013 wide, spacious, equipped with Braille buttons, audio announcements, and capable of bringing wheelchair users, cane users, visually or hearing\u2011impaired individuals, and others with health challenges to every floor.<br \/>\n3. Barrier\u2011free interior space \u2013 corridors, stairwells, exercise rooms, lecture halls, the library, the cafeteria, and administrative offices are free from horizontal and vertical obstacles. Persons using wheelchairs, canes, walkers, or other orthopedic aids, seniors, and parents with strollers can move around without difficulty.<br \/>\n4. The University allows entry for individuals accompanied by a guide dog.<br \/>\n5. Accessible parking \u2013 underground parking (levels \u20131 and \u20132) provides spaces for people with disabilities that are clearly marked, free of barriers, and allow direct access to any floor of the building.<br \/>\n6. The building is well connected via Warsaw Public Transport. The nearest bus and tram stop to the entrance is the \u201cNiska\u201d stop. Both stops support low\u2011floor access. On the route from the stops to the building entrance there are no architectural obstacles such as stairs, bridges, or high curbs. Along the sidewalk adjacent to the university\u2019s premises, guide lines for visually impaired or partially sighted people enable safe travel from VIZJA University to the nearest city transport stop.
