doctoral students of VIZJA University and is designed to enhance the quality of the teaching process through the development of teaching competences and the implementation of modern solutions in higher education.<\/p>\n<p>Within the project, participants may benefit from a comprehensive development of teaching competences and the implementation of modern solutions in higher education.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Support measures covered by recruitment<\/strong>:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ol>\n<li>Mandatory training:\n<ul>\n<li>AI in teaching process \u2013 how to effectively use ChatGPT, Copilot, DeepL and other tools in higher education teaching process,<\/li>\n<li>Modern digital tools in teaching process \u2013 from MS Teams to Moodle+,<\/li>\n<li>Practical application of the 7R principle in higher education teaching process,<\/li>\n<li>Universal design principles in higher education teaching process;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Optional training \u2013 for participants who complete at least 4 mandatory training courses under the project:\n<ul>\n<li>Using professional databases and their application in the teaching process,<\/li>\n<li>Designing and delivering classes using the Flipped classroom method,<\/li>\n<li>Equality in diversity \u2013 preventing discrimination and exclusion in teaching process,<\/li>\n<li>Specialized English language \u2013 vocabulary and expressions related to the higher education in teaching process (for teaching staff delivering classes in English);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Additional:\n<ul>\n<li>Study visits to international academic institutions \u2013 for participants who complete at least 4 mandatory training courses under the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Who can participate?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Teaching Staff of VIZJA University (employed under an employment contract or civil law contract collaborating with the University for at least 6 months),<\/li>\n<li>Doctoral students of VIZJA University admitted no later than 30 September 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Why participate?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Participation in the project offers the opportunity to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Develop teaching and digital competences,<\/li>\n<li>Learn modern teaching methods and tools,<\/li>\n<li>Improve the quality of delivered classes,<\/li>\n<li>Grow within an international academic environment;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>NOTE: Participation in the project is free of charge.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>How to apply?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ol>\n<li>Familiarize yourself with the Recruitment and Participation Regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Complete and submit the Recruitment Form in the recruitment system including required documents (if applicable).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Recruitment is conducted on a rolling basis until all places Development of Teaching at the University \u2013 VIZJA University in Warsaw<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Project information<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The project aims to improve the quality of the teaching process at VIZJA University. This objective will be achieved, among other measures, through the establishment and launch of the Didacting Excellence Office \u2013 a specialized unit responsible for the systematic evaluation of teaching activities and the development of teaching competencies among academic staff and doctoral students.<\/p>\n<p>The project is implemented by VIZJA University in Warsaw within the European Funds for Social Development Programme 2021\u20112027, co\u2011financed from the European Social Fund Plus.<\/p>\n<p>Additional information regarding the project and recruitment process, as well as support in case of special communication needs, is available at the Project Office located in the European Projects Department (6<sup>th<\/sup> floor, room 614 on the VIZJA University campus at ul.
