The program honors VIZJA University graduates with very good academic results, academic achievements, or contributions to the university&#8217;s development. We accept submissions until September 30, 2026. The awards ceremony will take place during the Graduation Ceremony. The Rector&#8217;s Office answers questions via:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> Phone number<\/strong>: 22 536 54 11<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email address<\/strong>: mensdocta@vizja.pl.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Participants of the Mens Docta 2025\/2026 contest<\/h2>\n<p>The process is open to graduates of undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as long-cycle master&#8217;s studies. It includes full-time and part-time students in Polish and English programs. Eligible candidates must have passed their diploma examination in the primary term of the applicable academic year. Graduates select one field of study for their application. The rules exclude persons with disciplinary penalties, individuals in non-employment legal or factual relationships with the university, and Contest Committee members.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Criteria in the Mens Docta 2025\/2026 contest<\/h2>\n<p>Candidates must meet one main criterion, two basic criteria, and one additional criterion. The main condition requires passing all credits and exams in the primary terms, without repeating a year or applying for conditional retakes. The basic criteria specify a minimum grade point average of 4.75 and a grade of at least &#8220;very good&#8221; for both the diploma thesis and the diploma examination. Additional criteria cover participation in scientific clubs, work for the university, promotional activities, social engagement, and documented research publications or awards.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Application process for the Mens Docta 2025\/2026 contest<\/h2>\n<p>Submissions can be made by the university authorities, thesis supervisors, year tutors, science club tutors, academic staff, the President of the Student Council, and the graduates. The procedure requires filling out the application form attached to the regulations and signing a declaration of consent. Applicants send scanned documents to the designated email address or deliver physical copies to the Rector&#8217;s Office at 59 Okopowa Street in Warsaw on VIZJAPARK.
