On April 26, 2023, as part of the UEHS “International Classroom” project, an inspiring lecture entitled “Working in International Teams” was held.
Dr. Ivo Matser – economist, leadership expert, certified Expert Marketing Professional (EMP), since 2001 in the position of CEO/President/Dean at private higher education institutions – in an inspiring and interactive way presented the complex aspects of working and managing international teams. The presenter’s experience followed by interesting examples and analyses, allowed the participants to look at these matters from a broader perspective.
