We cordially invite all this year’s graduates to participate in the Diploma Award Gala, which will take place on November 6, 2023, at 4:00 PM in the Main Hall. During the ceremony, diplomas will be presented to this year’s graduates, and Mens Docta awards will also be conferred.
To participate in the event, please complete the participation registration form for the gala and fulfill other formalities. Details are provided below.
Diploma Award Gala – who can attend?
Graduates who have met all the conditions can participate in the Diploma Award Gala:
Passed the bachelor’s/master’s/engineering exam by September 30, 2023; Completed all formalities related to diploma preparation and collected the diploma by October 30, 2023 (diploma copies and graduate supplements are obtained from the Documentation Department; the original will be presented at the Gala); Registered through the participation registration form for the Diploma Award Gala by October 6, 2023, at the following link: https://forms.gle/xhmdvHdEVCkknaBp7 Upon submission of the registration, you will receive a confirmation email within 3 days along with payment details. Paid the fee of 60 PLN for the purchase of the cap and the rental of the gown by October 10, 2023.
Graduates who have previously collected the original diploma are requested to bring it again to the Documentation Department (Room 617) by October 30, 2023. Individuals whose original diploma is not delivered to the Documentation Department on time will not have the opportunity to receive their diploma during the ceremony.
Diploma Award Gala – Venue and Date
The Diploma Award Gala will take place on November 6, 2023, in the Main Hall of the Academy of Economics and Humanities in Warsaw at 4:00 PM. Please arrive by 3:00 PM due to the cap and gown distribution procedure.
Purchase of Caps and Rental of Gowns
Please pay 60 PLN for the purchase of the cap and the rental of the gown to the provided account details in the participation confirmation message. In the transfer title, write “Diploma Award Gala,” along with the participant’s full name and album number. Payments should be made by October 10, 2023. Rented gowns are to be returned after the ceremony. Caps will be given to graduates as a memento of the event.
Due to the cap and gown distribution procedure, please arrive at least an hour before the ceremony and have your identification document ready. Caps and gowns will be distributed in the main lobby (ground floor).
Note: In case of the graduate’s absence, the fee will not be refunded.
Allocating Seats in the Auditorium
The Main Hall will be divided into specially marked sectors according to the study fields. Please take your seats as indicated to ensure a smooth diploma presentation. Accompanying persons are kindly asked to take seats in specially marked areas.
