This year’s two-day conference will focus on the key challenges facing universities. The first day will be dedicated to strategic topics such as financing, digitization, and development. The second day will focus on practical aspects of management, including the use of artificial intelligence, distance learning, and modern communication with students. The event is held under the patronage of, among others, the Minister of Science and Higher Education, the Chairwoman of the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland (KRASP), the Chairman of the Conference of Rectors of Public Vocational Universities (KRePUZ), and the National Information Processing Institute – National Research Institute (OPI PIB).
What is THE World University Rankings 2026?
Times Higher Education World University Rankings (THE WUR) is an annual list published by the British magazine “Times Higher Education.” Alongside the ShanghaiRanking (ARWU) and the QS World University Rankings, it is recognized as one of the three most important global university rankings. The “THE” methodology is extremely rigorous and comprehensively evaluates research-intensive universities across all their core missions. The ranking is based on five key pillars: Teaching (the learning environment), Research Environment (volume, income, and reputation), Research Quality (citation impact and research strength), International Outlook (staff, students, and research), and Industry (knowledge transfer and income).
