International Trade Mission 2026 project in Warsaw
We hosted a group of students and organizers from HELMo University College in Liège as part of the international Trade Mission 2026. The event involved 117 participants, creating an environment focused on cooperation and professional development. The program began with an introduction to the city. On the first day, participants took part in a guided walk through the center of Warsaw and the Old Town. Our Welcome Team coordinated the tour. This support helped guests become familiar with the city and establish contacts in informal conditions.

Polish market analysis within Trade Mission 2026
The Trade Fair was the central part of the initiative, preceded by several days of preparation. During this time, students from Belgium developed projects concerning companies operating in Poland. The work covered sectors such as construction, food, sport, engineering, architecture, environment, luxury goods, ICT, automotive, pharmacy, and solar energy. The analysis also included the agri-food and technology industries. Each team conducted market research and prepared presentations for specific enterprises.
Participation of volunteers in the Trade Mission 2026 project
Belgian participants worked with volunteers from the School of Business at VIZJA University in Warsaw and the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University. These students assisted in communication with Polish companies, specifically with translations and clarifying expectations. Their involvement ensured coordination between the parties. The participation of volunteers also allowed for the transfer of knowledge about the local market.
Final Trade Fair with the Ambassador of Belgium
The project ended with the Trade Fair, where students presented their analysis results to interested entities. The Ambassador of Belgium to Poland attended the event and viewed the work of all groups. This stage allowed participants to exchange ideas with professionals and build international contacts. The initiative combines practical experience with cross-cultural cooperation and creates development opportunities for students.
