On February 6, 2024, the Senate of the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw gave a positive opinion on the candidacy of Dr. hab. Tomasz Kownacki, prof. AEH, to serve as Vice-Rector for Development. The new Vice-Rector will officially take up his position on March 1, 2024.
The competences of the Vice-Rector for Development will include, among others: issues related to cooperation with the socio-economic environment of the University, as well as supervision over the planning, management and implementation of strategic projects and development.
The decision to appoint a new Vice-Rector is commented by His Magnificence the Rector, prof. Konrad Janowski: The above changes are dictated by the intensive development of our University, as well as further development plans. I am convinced that the appointment of the Vice-Rector for Development to the UEHS’ Rector’s College will contribute to intensifying our activities, implementing new projects and achieving further impressive achievements by our University.
