Andrzej Stella-Sawicki

Andrzej Stella-Sawicki holds the role of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at CloudFerro S.A.. He is responsible for the technical processes of development, implementation, and maintenance, as well as quality and security. He has extensive experience in process management of carrier-grade services in the cloud services, data center and telecommunications sectors. Since the late 1990s, he has worked with Internet service providers, actively participating in the development of the Internet in Poland. He served as Director of the Technology Division and Proxy at ATM S.A.  He is passionate about cloud, internet technologies and open source software.

Description of the workshop

On 30 November Mr. Andrzej Stella-Sawicki conducted an interactive workshop for Management students. It aimed to provide students with an overview of understanding the critical elements that contribute to fostering a highly engaged workforce. Participants delved into the strategic aspects of organizational planning, exploring how well-defined goals and effective strategies can positively impact employee engagement. Additionally, the workshop emphasized the pivotal role of communication in creating a transparent and inclusive work environment. Through case studies, students gained practical insights into crafting communication strategies that resonate with diverse teams, fostering a sense of belonging and commitment among employees.

The case studies piqued the interest of the students, who actively participated in the workshop and asked numerous questions to gain a deeper understanding of how the theory was applied in real-world situations.
