Dear VIZJA University Graduates,
We are delighted to invite you to take part in the 2025/2026 Graduation Ceremony. This special event is an opportunity to receive a Letter of Congratulations from the University Authorities and celebrate your achievements together with the academic community and your invited accopmaying persons.
Key information
- Participation in the ceremony is open to VIZJA University graduates who have successfully passed their Bachelor’s, Engineering or Master’s degree examination in the 2025/2026 academic year, no later than 30 September 2026.
- Participation in the ceremony requires registration via the registration form and payment of the applicable fees. Registration and payments will be open from 1 September 2026 at 9:00 a.m. until 2 October 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
- For organisational reasons, each graduate may invite up to 2 accompanying persons.
- International graduates whose accompanying persons require an invitation letter for submission to an embassy may request one during registration. Once the document has been issued and signed, the graduate will receive a scanned copy by email together with information on collecting the original from the Rector’s Office.
- This year’s Graduation Ceremony will take place on three separate dates, depending on the graduate’s degree programme and level of study. Before registering, please make sure that you select the date assigned to your group of graduates.
