Recruitment for support measures under the project “Towards Excellence – Systemic Support for the Development of Teaching at the University” has been launched.

The project is aimed at teaching staff and doctoral students of VIZJA University and is designed to enhance teaching competences and introduce modern solutions in the education process.

Support measures covered by recruitment :

• Mandatory training:
  • AI in teaching process – how to effectively use ChatGPT, Copilot, DeepL and other tools in higher education teaching process ,
  • Modern digital tools in teaching process – from MS Teams to Moodle+ ,
  • Practical application of the 7R principle in higher education teaching process ,
  • Universal design principles in higher education teaching process ;
• Optional training – for participants who complete at least 4 mandatory training courses under the project:
  • Using professional databases and their application in the teaching process ,
  • Designing and delivering classes using the Flipped classroom method ,
  • Equality in diversity – preventing discrimination and exclusion in teaching process ,
  • Specialized English language – vocabulary and expressions related to the higher education in teaching process (for teaching staff delivering classes in English) ;
• Additional:
  • Study visits to international academic institutions – for participants who complete at least 4 mandatory training courses under the project.

Who can participate:

• Teaching Staff of VIZJA University (employed under an employment contract or civil law contract collaborating with the University for at least 6 months) ,

• Doctoral students of VIZJA University admitted no later than 30 September 2025 .

Participation in the project is free of charge. Recruitment is conducted on a rolling basis until all places are filled.
