Description of the workshop

On 29 May 2024, Dr Joanna Kozaczyńska conducted an inspiring workshop for students from different schools of our university who were interested in their personal development and in building self-awareness.

The aim of this event was to trigger curiosity and interest in identifying students’ natural talents (natural way of acting, feeling and thinking). Participants had a chance to identify what activities give them pleasure and come easily to them because of their predispositions and what they can excel in. Dr Kozaczyńska presented strengths-based development/approach and outlined what Gallup talents are all about. Students had the opportunity to embark on a journey to self-discovery.
