Logistics is one of the most dynamic and developing areas of the economy. Over the last few years, you can still see an increase in the demand for professionals in this field.

 

The aim of the studies is to develop skills to improve transport and logistics service processes and systems on a national and international scale, design logistics processes and solve decision-making problems related to logistics. 

 

 

What You can do after this study programme

A degree in logistics provides extremely broad employment prospects in companies, firms and institutions operating in various areas of the economy. They will prepare you for management positions, as well as for work as a logistics operator or international freight forwarder. In times of globalisation, the logistics industry also opens up international career prospects for you

The curriculum covers the issues of management science and related disciplines, concerning the essence, regularities and problems of enterprise and other organizations. 

First year of study

The first year of study is dominated by subjects which, irrespective of the chosen field of study, will provide a broad horizon of thinking and an understanding of the concepts and basic issues in a particular field of study. As a result, you will acquire knowledge and skills that will make it easier for you to find your place in many different professions in the future and prepare you to undertake interdisciplinary projects, which is nowadays particularly important and appreciated on the labour market. From the second semester onwards, classes introduce in more detail the content specific to the chosen field of study

The content of the study program may change as a result of efforts to improve the quality of education and adapt the teaching offer to the current challenges of the labor market.
