Objective:
The primary objective of this workshop is to provide participants with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to develop, refine, and validate measurement scales. This workshop will cover theoretical foundations, methodological approaches, and hands-on practices in scale development, tailored for both graduate and early- career researchers.

1: Scale Development and Nomological Validation
2:  Systematic flow of steps followed during throughput orientation scale development and validation.
3: Sample Domain and Scale Measurement and Refinement

Bio note:

Dr. Sugandh Arora is currently working as an Assistant Professor at School of Management, Ajeenkya DY Patil University, Pune, India. She has received his Ph.D. degree from Mittal School of Business, ACBSP USA, Accredited, Lovely Professional University, Punjab. Her expertise entails areas are like Development Economics, Public Policy and Business Economics. Her work mainly focuses on the effectiveness of household food security, vulnerability, maternal health, blockchain and National Food Security Act and Reforms.  She published more than 10 research articles international and national journals. Her recent publications are Indian Economic Journal (Sage), Empirical Economic letters and Int. J. Economic Policy in Emerging Economies (Inderscience); Emerging Trends in Business Economic, International Journal of Research and Analytical Reviews and Management in Practice Challenges and Strategies. She is having 2 years teaching experience and 5 years of research experience.
