The UEHS invites you to participate in the MNiSW project titled “Support for Students in Enhancing Their Competencies and Skills.”
The aim of the project is to support students in developing their competencies and skills, scientific activity, innovation, and creativity by enabling them to participate in international competitions, contests, and conferences.
Financial support can be allocated specifically for the preparation and participation of students in international competitions, contests, and conferences. Funds may also be used to purchase materials and services necessary for the preparation of such events. Additionally, support can be provided for reasonable accommodations and support for disadvantaged groups.
The implementation period for the tasks specified in the project cannot exceed 18 months and must not go beyond December 31, 2025.
The cost of implementing a single project cannot exceed:
1. 80,000 PLN for a project carried out by an individual student.
2. 500,000 PLN for a project carried out by a team of students.
The UEHS is now opening the recruitment for this competition.
The project is aimed at students who meet the following conditions:
1. Be a student of first or second-cycle studies or integrated master’s studies at AEH. It is allowed to carry out offers by inter-university teams upon indicating the university responsible for the offer.
2. Have documented knowledge of at least one foreign language at a level no lower than B2 (confirmed by a lecturer’s statement or a certificate).
3. Have a positive recommendation from a mentor or academic advisor regarding their scientific activity. The opinion should confirm that the student’s potential and experience suggest they can win top international competitions or earn distinctions at conferences.
4. For a team of students – the participation of each person in the team is necessary to achieve the project’s goals.

A valid application includes three documents:
– Title and brief description of the project and its implementation, main assumptions, and project goal, as well as information about the importance of the competition, contest, or conference in the international environment (maximum 300 words).
– Student’s CV (according to the template in Appendix 3: Invitation from the Minister of Science to submit offers in the project “Support for Students in Enhancing Their Competencies and Skills” – Ministry of Science and Higher Education – Gov.pl Portal).
– A positive opinion from a mentor or academic advisor regarding the student’s scientific activity. The opinion should confirm that the student’s potential and experience suggest they can win top international competitions or earn distinctions at conferences.
Students will be notified of the recruitment results by May 29, 2024, and the completed projects must be prepared by June 19, 2024.
