We are proud to announce that the VIZJA University has been recognized as the best non-public university in Poland in the prestigious QS Europe University Rankings 2026, prepared by QS Quacquarelli Symonds. This year’s result confirms that the VIZJA University is a leader of modern higher education in the non-public sector and an increasingly strong participant in the European academic landscape.
VIZJA University in the overall classification
In the overall QS Europe University Rankings 2026, the VIZJA University achieved the following positions:
▪ 1st place among non-public universities in Poland,
▪ 21st place in Poland – just behind the leading public universities,
▪ 68th place in Eastern Europe,
▪ ranked in the 531–540 band among all European universities.
These results clearly confirm that the VIZJA University belongs to the group of significant academic centres in the region and is consistently strengthening its position within the European elite of dynamically developing and modern universities.
Leader in internationalization and research quality
An analysis of the detailed results of the VIZJA University in the QS Europe University Rankings 2026 shows that the University achieved its highest scores in two strategic areas:
Internationalization
The VIZJA University is among the best-rated non-public universities in Poland in terms of internationalization. A high proportion of international students and staff, a broad range of programmes taught in English, and intensive international cooperation translate into a strong position in this area. A multicultural academic community has become one of the foundations of the VIZJA University development and its growing recognition in Europe.
Citation per Paper in Research and Discovery
The VIZJA University also received an exceptionally high score in the category Citation per Paper in Research and Discovery, which reflects the impact and visibility of its research in the international scholarly arena. This means that publications by our researchers are increasingly cited and actively contribute to the global exchange of knowledge. This result confirms the growing quality and importance of the VIZJA University scientific output at the European level.
The QS Europe University Rankings are based on 12 measurable indicators covering the key areas of a university’s performance:
• research (publications, citations, research collaboration and international networks),
• internationalization and mobility (share of international students and staff),
• quality of teaching and resources,
• academic reputation and employer reputation,
• links with the labour market and the socio-economic environment.
Such a comprehensive methodology makes the QS ranking one of the most reliable and prestigious reference points for universities across Europe.
