Recruitment for Forms of support under the Project entitled “Vizja: Openness – Connecting Worlds, Creating the Future” has started.
Support for academic staff in the Vizja: Openness project
Forms of support covered by the recruitment of academic staff:
- English language training program (advanced level) – intended for Polish-speaking academic staff teaching on English-language programs.
- Training on interpersonal skills – including empathy, conflict resolution, and communication techniques addressing language and cultural barriers in the higher education teaching process.
- Training on cultural differences – related to the higher education teaching process.
- Study visits to foreign academic institutions – aimed at fostering openness and acceptance within the academic and research environment, as well as exchanging good practices in internationalization.
Forms of support covered by the recruitment of administrative staff:
- English language training program advanced level – intended for Polish-speaking administrative staff working with or collaborating with the International Center.
- Training on interpersonal skills – including stress reduction techniques and methods for supporting adaptation in a new environment within higher education institutions.
- Training on current regulations and procedures – regarding the support of international students and the use of IT systems applied in this process.
- Study visits to foreign academic institutions – aimed at fostering openness and acceptance within the academic and research environment, as well as exchanging good practices in internationalization.
Conditions for participation in the Vizja: Openness project
Participants in the Project may include academic staff teaching on English-language programs (teaching and research-teaching staff) and administrative staff working in or cooperating with the International Center in serving international individuals (students and academic staff), employed at VIZJA University, whose period of employment under an employment contract or contract for services is at least six months.
Recruitment period
Recruitment will be conducted from 7.04.2026 until all places are filled.

The project is implemented under the program of the National Agency for Academic Exchange entitled “Welcome to Poland – call 2024”. The source of funding for this call is European Union funds under the program European Funds for Social Development 2021–2027 (FERS), granted for the implementation of the NAWA project entitled “Support for higher education and science institutions in servicing foreign nationals and Polish citizens going abroad” (NAWA project number: FERS.01.05.IP.08-0003/24; Beneficiary – the National Agency for Academic Exchange). In implementing the project in question, VIZJA University is a beneficiary of the NAWA project – it uses the financial resources of the NAWA project and contributes to the achievement of its objectives.
