Dear VIZJA University Graduates,
We are delighted to invite you to take part in the 2025/2026 Graduation Ceremony. This special event is an opportunity to receive a Letter of Congratulations from the University Authorities and celebrate your achievements together with the academic community and your invited guests.
Registration for graduates and guests extended until 9 October
We know that many of you are keen to take part in the ceremony, so we have decided to extend registration for the Graduation Ceremony until 9 October inclusive – for both graduates and accompanying guests.
Graduates who registered earlier and would now like to invite additional guests may also purchase extra guest tickets until 9 October.
Key information
- Participation in the ceremony is open to VIZJA University graduates who have successfully passed their Bachelor’s, Engineering or Master’s degree examination in the 2025/2026 academic year, no later than 30 September 2026.
- Participation in the ceremony requires registration via the form and payment of the applicable fees. Registration and payments are open from 1 September 2026 at 9:00 a.m. until 9 October 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
- From 1 to 9 October, tickets may be purchased for both graduates and accompanying guests, subject to availability. This also applies to graduates who have already registered and would like to purchase additional tickets for extra guests.
- International graduates whose accompanying persons require an invitation letter for submission to an embassy may request one during registration. Once the document has been issued and signed, the graduate will receive a scanned copy by email together with information on collecting the original from the Rector’s Office.
- This year’s Graduation Ceremony will take place on three separate dates, depending on the graduate’s degree programme and level of study. Before registering, please make sure that you select the date assigned to your group of graduates.

Accessibility Requirements
If you are a graduate with specific accessibility requirements, or if you are inviting a guest who requires additional support, we can provide assistance during the ceremony, such as a Polish Sign Language (PJM) interpreter, wheelchair-accessible seating, access with a guide dog, and other accommodations.
