Recruitment for Forms of support under the project „VIZJA: Competencies – Advancing Staff Skills in Management, Digital Technologies, and Green Transition” has been launched.
The project is aimed at managerial Staff and administrative Staff of VIZJA University and is designed to strengthen the capacity of the University Staff through the development of competencies and qualifications in the areas of modern management, digitalization, sustainable development (ESG) and language skills.
Within the project, participants may benefit from a comprehensive development program including training courses, postgraduate studies, language courses and study visits to foreign universities.
Forms of support covered by recruitment:
- For managerial Staff:
- MBA postgraduate studies (Master of Business Administration / Executive Master of Business Administration type programmes,
- Postgraduate studies in management (Manager Academy type programmes),
- Team management training courses,
- Training on the use of generative artificial intelligence in university management,
- Specialised sector-specific training on the use of generative artificial intelligence in professional practice,
- Individual English language course,
- Study visits to foreign universities – for participants who complete the required Forms of support specified in the Recruitment and Participation Regulations.
- For administrative Staff:
- Specialised sector-specific training on the use of generative artificial intelligence in professional practice,
- Sustainable development and ESG training,
- Group English language course,
- Study visits to foreign universities – for participants who complete the required Forms of support specified in the Recruitment and Participation Regulations.
Who can participate?
- Managerial Staff of VIZJA University (employed under an employment contract or a civil law contract and cooperating with the University for at least 6 months),
- Administrative Staff of VIZJA University (employed under an employment contract or a civil law contract and cooperating with the University for at least 6 months).

- Complete and submit the appropriate Recruitment Form for managerial Staff or Recruitment Form for administrative Staff to the Project Office or sent it by e-mail to: projektyeuropejskie@vizja.pl.
Recruitment is conducted on a rolling basis until all places are filled.

Project information:
The objective of the project is to strengthen the capacity of the managerial and administrative staff of VIZJA University through the development of key competencies in the areas of modern management, digitalization, and sustainable development. This objective will be achieved through the implementation of a comprehensive competence development programme covering the enhancement of qualifications and competencies in modern management, digitalization, green transition, and language skills, as well as through the organisation of study visits to foreign universities enabling the effective transfer of innovative solutions and best practices in management, ESG implementation, and digitalization.
The project is implemented by VIZJA University in Warsaw within the European Funds for Social Development Programme 2021–2027, co-financed from the European Social Fund Plus.
