Recruitment for support measures under the project „Towards Excellence – Systemic Support for the Development of Teaching at the University” has been launched.

The project is aimed at teaching Staff and doctoral students of VIZJA University and is designed to enhance the quality of the teaching process through the development of teaching competences and the implementation of modern solutions in higher education.

Within the project, participants may benefit from a comprehensive development of teaching competences and the implementation of modern solutions in higher education.

 

Support measures covered by recruitment:

    1. Mandatory training:
      • AI in teaching process – how to effectively use ChatGPT, Copilot, DeepL and other tools in higher education teaching process,
      • Modern digital tools in teaching process – from MS Teams to Moodle+,
      • Practical application of the 7R principle in higher education teaching process,
      • Universal design principles in higher education teaching process;
    2. Optional training – for participants who complete at least 4 mandatory training courses under the project:
      • Using professional databases and their application in the teaching process,
      • Designing and delivering classes using the Flipped classroom method,
      • Equality in diversity – preventing discrimination and exclusion in teaching process,
      • Specialized English language – vocabulary and expressions related to the higher education in teaching process (for teaching staff delivering classes in English);
    3. Additional:
      • Study visits to international academic institutions – for participants who complete at least 4 mandatory training courses under the project.

 

Who can participate?

      • Teaching Staff of VIZJA University (employed under an employment contract or civil law contract collaborating with the University for at least 6 months),
      • Doctoral students of VIZJA University admitted no later than 30 September 2025.

      1. Familiarize yourself with the Recruitment and Participation Regulations.
      2. Complete and submit the Recruitment Form in the recruitment system including required documents (if applicable).

Recruitment is conducted on a rolling basis until all places are filled.

Project information

The project aims to improve the quality of the teaching process at VIZJA University. This objective will be achieved, among other measures, through the establishment and launch of the Didacting Excellence Office – a specialized unit responsible for the systematic evaluation of teaching activities and the development of teaching competencies among academic staff and doctoral students.

The project is implemented by VIZJA University in Warsaw within the European Funds for Social Development Programme 2021‑2027, co‑financed from the European Social Fund Plus.

Additional information regarding the project and recruitment process, as well as support in case of special communication needs, is available at the Project Office located in the European Projects Department (6th floor, room 614 on the VIZJA University campus at ul. Okopowa 59, Warsaw).
